CDL Driver Requirements
Do you have a clean driving history?
(Are you a record free of major violations or accidents?)
Can you confirm that you have a clean drug history?
(With no history of substance abuse)
Are you able to communicate effectively in English, demonstrating clear communication skills?
Do you have at least 2 years of driving experience?
(At least 2 years of driving experience preferred. Consideration may be given to recent graduates depending on circumstances, but some experience is preferred.)
Are you located in Illinois, or if from another state?
Ideally located in Illinois; if from another state, willing to work at least 6 weeks OTR followed by a break. Frequent short breaks (e.g., 2 weeks on, 1 week off) are not preferred.
